Evening performances are usually scheduled to begin at 19:00; matinees at 14:00

Cast & Crew arrive 90 minutes prior to showtime

House opens 30 minutes prior to showtime

Show volunteers arrive one hour prior to showtime (ushers should have flashlights)

The Stage Manager is in charge of all aspects of the show

Each patron should be greeted cheerfully and presented with a playbill

Seating should start in the center section closest to the stage and fill back and out

Seating should not take place during the first 6 minutes of the show when the stage is dark

Elderly or handicapped patrons should be assisted to their seats

Pre-middle school age children must sit with parents or other adults

Patrons should be discouraged from bringing pre-schoolers, toddlers or infants. If they do attend, they must be seated at the back of the auditorium

No cameras or other recording devices are allowed -- including press -- unless prior arrangements have been made with Rector-Roberts Productions, Inc.
